I often get asked what tools I use so I thought I’d create this handy list to share with you. These are all things that I use on a daily basis and love.

Social Media Management
My go-to social media management dashboard.
What I love most: scheduling multiple tweets with the ability to change the dates and times, multiple Instagram account engagement management (not posting yet due to IG policies), and drag and drop scheduling. I also pull in my Feedly RSS feeds to share my favorite blogs.
Tailwind is my Pinterest powerhouse tool!
What I love most: Easy to schedule pins, create a schedule based on recommended times in the tool, and recommendations to make my Pinterest boards better.
I love Planoly for all my Instagram posting. The user interface is fantastic and you can plan your Instagram grid ahead of time as well as find great content by hashtags. Works seamlessly on desktop and smartphone.
Turn your ideas into impactful social graphics, web stories and animated videos—in minutes. Three tools in one with Spark Post for images and animations, Spark Page to create visually powerful stories, and Spark Video to create professional videos without complicated software. I love the Spark Post app for creating social media graphics. I work with Adobe as a brand ambassador for this suite of products.
Canva was my secret weapon for great designs for a long time, then I worked with them as their Head of Social Strategy to help more people learn how to create their own designs.
What I love most: easy to use, great email tutorials, Canva for Work is amazing, and it saves all my designs to reuse and remix later.
My favorite digital to-do-list! I’m becoming obsessed with using Trello.
What I love most: great to work with team members, color-coded checklists, info travels to all my devices (laptop, tablet, and iPhone).

iPhone apps I love
Bluehost is a great place to start. I really like their customer service and they help you until the problem is solved.
Once I started creating my own blogs and when I created them for clients, I upgraded to Studio Press. Treat ‘yo self to awesome.
What I love most: they are up-to-date on the latest trends in blogging, easy to update to another theme when you want get bored with your blog, I can figure out how to do most everything myself with their community forums.
